The Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link purifier heater uses Dyson’s 360° Glass HEPA filter.
This technology captures 99.95% of potentially harmful particles as small as PM0.1(4) – trapping them in the filter and eradicating them from the air you breathe at home.
It doesn’t stop there; sensors inside the machine detect changes in conditions, before automatically adjusting airflow to maintain the target air quality.
This information is sent back to the Dyson Link app(5), which allows users to remotely monitor the inside air quality, oversee peak pollution times with in the home and gain live insights into the air quality indoors but also outdoors in a location of their choice.

This machine automatically keeps the room at your target temperature and projects a powerful airflow of purified air, using thermostat heat control and Air Multiplier Technology – for long-range heat distribution in the winter and a stream of powerful air to cool you in the summer.
The Air Multiplier Technology in the Dyson Hot + Cool Link purifier heater creates a steady stream of powerful airflow. It works by accelerating air through an annual aperture creating a jet of air that passes an air foiled shaped ramp channelling its direction. Surrounding air is drawn into the air-flow amplifying it multiple times providing smooth air that you can control, without the blades and without the buffeting.
The Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link purifier heater is engineered to use Dyson Jet Focus Technology; a technology inspired by the Coanda effect, a phenomena in which fast flowing air follows the direction of the surface it is flowing over.
Jet Focus Control enables a personal mode for long range, powerful airflow and enables a diffused mode for wide projection to mix the surrounding air. In turn, heating the room quickly and evenly.Using an easy-to-use remote control, one touch will switch from heating to cooling.
Personal mode, air is accelerated through a 2.5mm aperture and directed over an airfoil-shaped focus ramp for a concentrated stream of air towards the user. In a diffused mode, a jet of air is released from a second aperture. As the two jets meet, entrainment guides the airflow over a 45-degree projector, releasing a wide stream of powerful airflow.
The Dyson Hot+Cool Link purifier heater has no blades or visible heating elements, which makes it safe and child friendly. The design incorporates a top-over, automatic cut-out, so it switches off if knocked over.
The heating elements never exceed 200 degrees Celsius, which is below the burning point of dust and therefore doesn’t burn dust which eliminates the worry of smell.
